Ordering/Policies
POLICIES
When ordering measure very carefully to ensure that you order the correct size of dog clothing.  There are no returns on items.  However, allowances for
exchanges or alterations are available. Read below for exclusions and conditions.

STANDARD ITEMS
Items that are made from a standard pattern are considered to be “standard” stock.  If you order a standard coat or dress that does not fit, we will exchange the
item for another regular sized item that is of equal or greater value.  

Exchanges for items of equal or greater value for standard coats and dresses will only be made when the following conditions have been met:
  •  Item must be unworn except for a brief “try on” period
  •  The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent to buyer
  •  Item must be returned to Wally Dog Wear at buyer’s expense
  •  Buyer must pay shipping for exchange item
  •  Item must be returned within three business days from buyer’s receipt
  •  There is a 15% restocking fee which must be included with the return in addition to any balance due should you choose an item of greater value.
  •  You may only exchange an item once.  You must include a copy of the original receipt with the item.     
  •  Email Wally Dog Wear prior to sending an item so we may calculate additional costs such as shipping, restocking, or difference in item costs,          
    should they exist.
  •  Payment for additional costs must be included in the package with your exchange item.

CUSTOM ITEMS
Items that have been customized for your pet are considered “custom” orders and are not eligible for return or exchange.  Examples may include, but are not
limited to, the following:  when a custom pattern has been made for your pet, button holes have been added, or you have designed an outfit by choosing a
fabric. Custom items may be sent to Wally Dog Wear for alterations.   There is an hourly fee for alterations.  The buyer must pay for shipping charges.

SHIPPING
USPS is the preferred service.  Most single items will ship Priority Mail for $4.60 + $1.65 insurance in a Flat Rate envelope.  For items that do not fit the
envelope, a Flat Rate box will likely be used.  The cost of shipping for flat rate boxes is currently $8.95 + $1.65 insurance.  Email

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on the following:
  •  International orders
  •  Custom sized coats or dresses
  •  Items ordered with your fabric choice (when you order an item not "as shown" in the pictures)
  •  Belly Bands
  •  Protective Panties
  •  Personalized items
  •  Crate pads
  •  “People” headbands or hats
  •  Note:  Wally Dog Wear is not responsible for any damage to merchandise that has been caused by your pet.

PACKAGING

PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN SECURELY.  Wally Dog Wear is not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost in shipping. Should a
discrepancy occur, please be advised that Wally Dog Wear is only responsible if proof of receipt by Wally Dog Wear is provided.  For your protection, we suggest
you send your exchange or alteration items via Federal Express, UPS or by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.  Wally Dog
Wear is not responsible for damage that may occur to items in transit.  Please take this into consideration when preparing your package.  Paper envelopes are
not recommended.  Reinforced envelopes will usually provide adequate protection.
Note that you should provide insurance on items sent for exchange or alteration.  In the event that an item is lost or stolen, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a
claim with USPS or the carrier with which you shipped.  Wally Dog Wear is not involved in the claims process.  Note:  
Purchasing delivery confirmation does not
provide insurance.  

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are acceptable only within 24 business hours of our receipt of your order.  If payment has been received, you will be subject to a 15% fee to cover
credit card and administrative costs.  If you place an order and fail to pay for it within five days of billing, the order will be considered void.  

EMAIL PRIVACY POLICY
Wally Dog Wear will NOT use your email address or other contact information for any other purpose than to conduct business with Wally Dog Wear.  We will not
share, rent, or sell your information.  You will receive email from Wally Dog Wear only for the purposes of conducting business or if you have signed up for our
mailing list.

PAYPAL
Because we work through PayPal, your financial information is secure.  We do not see any of your banking or credit card information - just that we've received
payment.

HOW TO ORDER

Ordering from custom dog clothing from Wally Dog Wear is simple and easy.  Fill out the form on each page with merchandise you'd like to purchase.  Click
submit.   The order will be reviewed and an invoice sent to you.  If you order multiple items (many thanks!),  you will need to fill the form out each time.  Make
sure to make a note in the COMMENTS section to let us know to look for more than one item so that we can adjust the invoice to be sent to you and to combine
shipping.

Use the COMMENTS section to request fabric and color changes and to input your pet's measurements for custom made items not covered under standard
sizing.

We work through PayPal secure services. You don't need to have a PayPal account.  We will review the order and send an invoice through PayPal using the
email address you provide in the form.  (Please remember to add us to your accepted contacts list so the invoice doesn't end up in the junk email file.)  The
emailed invoice will give you directions for a safe and secure transaction.  After we have received notice of your payment, we will begin the process for creating
your custom made item.

Please note that all orders will incur a shipping and handling fee that will include the price of mailing insurance.  If your item is lost or stolen, it is your
responsibility to file a claim with USPS.  We will be happy to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases, giving you the best value.
